How to Add Insert-a-Fields to an Email Template
To add an Insert-a-Field to customize an email template, click on the Marketing dropdown and select Templates.
Be sure you are on the USchedule Assigned Templates tab. Click on the Edit button next to the template where you would like to insert a field.
Next, position your text cursor in the template where you want the field inserted. Click the Angle Bracket icon in the toolbar to the left. Select the desired insert to be inserted in the field. You can enter verbiage before and after the Insert-a-Field. Remember to save your template changes frequently.
For each service you do not want to use the standard email template for, you can select one of these and customize them to fit your needs. Once saved, this is the email that will be sent for that service.
