Reports

From the navigation menu, click on Reports:


Click on the report you would like to run. Alternatively, you can click on the filter in the upper right-hand corner to select reports by category:

Report Results

The following list details the results of each report:


  • The Daily Schedule Report allows the user to select a Start Date, End Date, employees, and resources to generate a report that details all of the customers who booked with the selected employees or instructors for the chosen period, the contact information for the customer, the description of the services rendered, the date, time, duration, price, and commission on the services, and whether they were paid or not. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Daily Schedule Summary Report allows the user to select a Start Date, End Date, and employees and generates a report that shows the description, quantity, and duration of the services rendered. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Tee Time Report shows Tee Times at selected locations with the Time, Resource Unit, and Customer who booked the service.
  • The Tips Report shows the Order ID number, Tab Start Date, Tab Closed Date, Employees Assigned, Locations, Customers on the Tab, Payment Type, Amount, and Tip. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Customer List Report allows the user to select Start Date, End Date, employees , locations, and categories of customers to create the report which details the Created Date, Customer Name and Email Address, Opt-Out designation (yes/no), Phone Number, and Address of customer. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Customer Category Report allows the user to sort customers and run reports based on categories such as gender, skill level, handedness, preferred brand of clubs, etc. and provides the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of the customers on the report. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Customer Activity Report allows the user to input date parameters, locations, and employees and produces a report that lists the employees and their customers with a description of the services rendered and the dates, durations of the services, and fees charged for each service. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Cancelled Appointments Report allows the user to select Start Date, End Date, and Location to create the report which details the Customer name, Service, Location, Employee, Resource, Start Time, Duration, and Fee for cancelled appointments. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Payments Report allows the user to select Start Date, End Date, and Location to create the report which, on the Summary tab, provides the total number of payments for the selected period, type of payment (credit card, cash, gift certificate, prepay), dollar amount, and tip amount. The Detail tab breaks out each transaction by location, transaction date, order number, type, drawer, payment, amount, tip, transaction number, and notes. The order number is linked to the order within USchedule Tab. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.

  • The Order Transaction Detail Report allows the user to select date parameters, locations, and employees and runs a report that lists the Order ID, Status, Order Date, Customer, Item ordered, Quantity, Unit Price, Discount, Tax, Total, and Tips. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Sales Comparison Report allows the user to select two sets of date parameters and locations to run a report that compares sales of items per location. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Sales Summary Report allows the user to select start and end dates and locations to run Summary, Detail, and Payments reports. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Series/Package Report allows the user to select start and end dates, and whether to include Zero Units or Outstanding Balance Only on Series. The Report shows the Customer, Card Name, Cost, Units, Value Left, Issued Date, Expiration Date, Receipt Number, Employee assigned to the Series, and Commission. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Gift Card Report allows the user to set the Start and End Dates, whether to include Zero Balance, and when it's run, the report shows the Gift Card Code, Name, Email, Order ID, Initial Balance, Remaining Balance, and Date Created. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Gift Card Transactions Report
  • The Commission Detail Report allows the user to select a Start Date and End Date, Location(s), and Employee(s) with the resulting report detailing the Location(s), the Employee(s), Description of Services, Quantities, Receipts, Fees, Company Commissions, and Employee Commissions. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Resource Utilization Report allows the user to select a Start Date and End Date and run a Summary Report or a Detail Report. The Summary Report lists Resource Unit, Available Hours, Hours Booked, Revenue, and % Utilization. The Detail Report lists the Date, Resource Unit, Available Hours, Hours Booked, Revenue, and % Utilization. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Resource Usage Report allows the user to enter a Start Date and End Date and run a report that lists a view of the Schedule, Resource, Description of Service, Date and Time of Service, Hours, and Price. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Clinics/Camps Report allows the user to select a Start Date and End Date, Employee(s), and Location(s) and produces a report that lists the Location, name of the Clinic/Camp, name of the Instructor, the names of the attendees along with their phone numbers, email addresses, and fees. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Loyalty Report allows the user to select a Start Date and End Date and produces a report that shows the Customer name, Email, Current Total, Loyalty Points, Points Added, and Points Redeemed for the selected period. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Memberships Report allows the user to select types of Memberships and Locations and produces a report that lists the customer's First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Membership Type, and Location. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Videos Report allows the user to select a Start Date, End Date, and Employee and creates a list of uploaded videos along with the Customer Name, Title, Employee, Appointment Time, and Size of the video. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The Product List Report
  • The Inventory Report allows the user to enter an Inventory Date and run a report that lists the Product Type, Product (with a link to the product image and description), Cost, Price, Minimum Stock Quantity, Stock Quantity, and Total Cost. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
  • The QR Codes Report shows all of the QR Codes available to scan. Users can click on the code and be taken to the tab detail for that specific QR Code. The data can be exported to an excel spreadsheet.
