How to Create a Package

From the home screen click the menu icon and select Settings.

In the left sidebar, click on Packages.

Click on the Add New button.


Provide a Package Name and a Description of what is included in the package.

Enter the Price for your package. The price is automatically calculated from the sum of items in the package.

Enter a Commission if that applies to the package.

If the package doesn't expire, leave the Days Before Expiration at 0.

If your scheduler has online payments enabled, you'll have an Available for Purchase option. Setting this to Yes will allow customers to purchase this package through your scheduler.

Once you've configured your settings, click the Save button.


After you save the Package, click on the Tee Time/Lessons tab and select the Available Tee Times/Lessons to assign to the Package.


In the same manner, click on the Clinics/Camps tab to assign a clinic or camp to the package.
