Sending Push Notifications

Encourage your customers to enable push notifications when they download the app as this will enable them to receive confirmation and reminder push notifications and special offers. Please note that only customers that have enabled push notifications will receive push notifications.

Push marketing will be available from the Marketing tab at the top of your USchedule page. Once your apps are live, there will be a new menu item under Marketing entitled Push Notifications.

Once on the Push Notifications page, enter a Title for your notification in the title field and your notification message in the Body field, and choose one of the options in the dropdown to select what notification send option you would like to use.

You will be able to select from a list of notification send options and also filter the list of recipients if desired.

Once these are selected, click Continue and the notification will be sent to the selected recipients. A pop up message will then appear telling you the number of successful notifications sent.

Push notifications can also be sent from an appointment on your schedule. Click on the appointment and then click on the Edit Appointment dropdown arrow.

Choose Compose Email/Push Notifications and click Go. On the next screen choose By Push Notification:

Give your push notification a Title and brief description in the Body and click Send Notification.

You will receive a message that your notification was sent successfully.

Push Notifications can also be sent from an event occurrence. Navigate to the event occurence you would like to send notifications for:

Click on the Occurrences tab and then click on Manage:

Click on Contact Registrants:

Click on Push Notification, give the notification a Title and brief description in the Body, and click Send Notification:
