How to Conduct a Customer Refund

You can conduct a customer refund by navigating to their Customer Profile and clicking the three lines next to their name:

Select Orders and choose the relevant order you would like to refund to the customer. Click the blue refund button:

If you would prefer to issue a refund as a gift certificate instead, simply create a gift certificate manually for the same value as the refund and share it with the customer. Please note that this process is not automated within USchedule.
