Threshold to Show Low Booking

The option for threshold to show low booking can be accessed by editing your clinic or event and clicking on the details tab.

Near the bottom of that page, you will find the threshold to show low booking option.

Set this to a low number, for example, 2.

Save this page.

This option works in conjunction with another setting.

On your fees and enrollment tab, you have a maximum enrollment setting. This is where you will set the total number of registrants restriction for your clinic or event and that will work with your threshold to show low booking. For example, set this to 10.

When a customer has booked the 8th registration for this clinic, the option to show low booking is going to reveal a message that there are only 2 openings left for this clinic.

This option is designed to give your customers a sense of urgency to hurry and book this before

it fills to capacity.
