Maximum Enrollment Versus Maximum Group Size
To set max enrollment and/or max group size, edit your clinic or event and go to the fees and enrollment tab.
This is where you will find the max enrollment and the max group size setting.
The max enrollment setting controls how many people can possibly book into each occurrence. This sets the total number of people who can book this event.
The max group size controls how many people a single registrant can bring with them to the clinic or event. If you increase this setting to 4, then one of the attendees can book a group of four and bring three of their friends.
The guest fee is commonly going to be the same as the event fee.
If the event fee is $25 per person, the software will charge a fee that is relative to the group size.
The first person fee is $25 and each additional guest is $25 on top of that, up to a maximum of four.
