Series Employee Filtering



To prevent customers from using a series in your account with other instructors, on the edit page of the series there is an option near the bottom called Use Employee Filtering.

Set that to yes and save it.

Open that series one more time, and you will see that the filtering function has added the Employees tab.

Click on that tab. You will see that you have no assigned employees.

You must assign at least one employee for this series to function when you are using the employee filtering option.

Pick your name from the list and add yourself to the assigned employees list. Do not add other employees to the list. Then any customer that is using this series to book with will only be able to book with you.

That is your assignment and your restriction.

That saves automatically.
