How to Create Occurrences for Multidate Clinic

Once you have set the date pattern for your camp with the days of the week and the times that you need, and you have set the first day of your pattern and set your number of weeks, you will need to create the occurrences.

Make sure to save and then once you have saved the date pattern, click the create new occurrences button.

Note the message at the top of the page that indicates that you need to select each start date.

If the start date of the five day junior summer camp that you would like to schedule is going to start on Monday, navigate to Monday and pick the corresponding calendar date. The times will be set according to your date pattern and then you can publish this immediately.

Once you have completed the process, your students can start booking.

Click create and you will have created one occurrence.

Click OK, and then close this window to complete the process.

Once closed, you will see this occurrence starting on the calendar date you have set.

When you click the manage button, you will be able to see the pattern that you have just created for your five day summer camp.
