Events - Zero Refund
To restrict a customer's ability to cancel an event or clinic, go to the fees and enrollment tab.
Here you have a zero refund day setting.
This controls how many days prior to the event start date that a customer can cancel.
When set to 0, they can cancel at the very last minute.
If you would like to control this, change this number to something greater than 0.
For example, when set to 5, that means as long as there are more than five days prior to the occurrence start date, the customer can cancel their own appointment.
If this is any number under 5 days, they cannot cancel, therefore they do not get a refund.
