Membership Pricing for Sim Rental

To set up a membership for a simulator rental, go to the Navigation menu and click on Settings. In the left-hand column, click on Memberships, and then click the Add New button:

Enter a Membership Name, a Description of the benefits the membership provides to your customers, the Price and Type of membership, and if it is Recurring. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Next, go to your Services page and edit Sim Rental:

Non-member Sim Rental fee is $50 per hour.

On your Pricing Tab you will create a new price for your Sim Membership members.

Select the Sim Membership at the bottom of the page, assigning the Sim Membership to this price point. Change the Pricing Entity Type from Employee to Resource. The membership provides a $10 benefit for your Sim Members; set a $40 price tag. Set the Price Type to Hourly. Set the Times and Days of the Week this membership pricing will be available to your members. Click Save.

You now have a Sim Membership fee at $40 per hour which will apply during any active membership.
