Event Lead In - Lead Out Time

To schedule a clinic or event so that you have  lead in time and time afterwards, navigate to the clinic and click the edit button.

This will open your occurrences tab so you can see things you have scheduled.

Next, go to the details tab at the very top.

On that tab, you will find your lead in time and your lead out time.

If you need half an hour before the clinic to set up, put a 30 minute time frame there and if you need 30 minutes to clean up, put a 30 minute time frame there.

Save these changes.

You can see on your occurrences page you still have the same clinic start time.

On the manage page, you can see the 11:00 end time.

So it is still an hour for the customers.

That is what they get when they book.

When you look at your calendar, you will see that clinic has a 9:30 start and an 11:30 stop time, which gives you the extra 30 minutes before and after, and that prevents customers from booking lessons with you while you are teaching a clinic.
