How to Set a Minimum Enrollment Requirement
To set a minimum enrollment requirement, go to the fees and enrollment tab.
There is a setting for minimum enrollment.
Use the dropdown menu to choose the number of participants you would like to set as the minimum.
That allows you to set an action type, including an email that would be sent to the contact admin person for this event or you can cancel the event automatically. Set this to cancel.
You can tell the software how many days prior to the occurrence start date that this action will happen.
You want to consider your enrollment cutoff day setting at 2 and match that.
So if we have two days prior to the event start, we can have it cancel if we don't meet that minimum number of registrants you have set.
