Events - Partial Refund Days

To control the amount of the refund you will give to a customer if they cancel, go to the fees and enrollment tab.

There is a partial refund parameter here.

When set at 0 it means that if a customer cancels their appointment at any time, they will receive a full refund.

If you put a number greater than 0 here, for example 10, that means if the customer cancels prior to this 10 day window they can get a full refund.

If they cancel 10 days or less prior to the occurrence start time, the customer will get a partial refund of the amount that you put here.

If your event fee is $25, you can put a $15.00 fee here, providing a partial refund.

The 0 refund days has an effect on the partial refund days.

When you count down from 10 for the partial refund when you hit day 5 prior to the current start date, then customers can no longer cancel, therefore they get no refund.
