Series Expiration

The expiration options on a series are located on the edit page of your series, near the bottom.

Expiration type is your first option. It says use days before and that works with the days before expiration number.

If the number 30 is put there, it means that when a customer buys this, it is going to be good for 30 days and then expire. It is always based on the purchase date.

The next option is to use an expiration date. If that option is chosen and an expiration date is entered,

this allows the customer to buy it today and it would give them until the end of the day of the expiration date to finish using their units.

The next options are for expiration type. The first expiration type says must be used before expiration date. That means the customer needs to book and attend all appointments prior to the end of the day on the expiration date.

The other option says must be booked before expiration date. That means the customer will be allowed to wait until the last day potentially and book their appointments using up their units beyond the expiration date. The customer just needs to book them before the series expires.

Be sure to save the page if you make changes.

When you do that, you are going to have some options that can affect the expirations for those who have previously purchased the series.

You can leave those expirations the same, or for all of those people who already have the series

you can update all of those dates to your new parameters.

Make your choice and hit the save button.
