How to Load a New Plastic Gift Card

To load a plastic gift card, click into the gift card code field and then scan the plastic card using a magnetic stripe card reader.

Once the card has been swiped, the code will appear in the gift card code field.

Check the balance for each card.

If  the balance is checked and the software is unable to find the gift card, that indicates that it is a new card. Click OK.

Next, use one of the preset values, or you can type in a custom value for the gift card.

Enter the purchaser's email address.

Enter the recipient's email address. If the plastic gift card will be presented as a surprise gift, leave the recipient email blank.

Put the name on the gift card.

When all of the details have been entered, click the buy now button to complete the purchase process.
