Membership Cancellation

On the Memberships edit page, select the membership you would like to allow your customers to cancel.

Set Allow Customer Cancellations to Yes. This will allow your customers to cancel their own memberships at any time.

When the customer cancels, the software is going to allow them to retain their benefits to the end of their billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent their recurring billing from running again, and the customer's benefits expire.
