Service Requires Saved Credit Card

To require a customer to save a credit card on file when they book a simulator and to discourage no shows,  on your sim rental service, click the edit button and scroll down the page to the option to require saved credit card.

The software will make sure that a customer has a card on file prior to completing the booking process.

If  you would like to require a customer to also pay for the sim rental, in your payment options menu you have a payment required at booking option.

If you apply that setting then the customer will not only need to pay for the sim rental, but their credit card will be saved on file at the same time.

Click the save button at the bottom of the page.
