How to Manage Sim Rental Appointments
To book an appointment on the calendar for a call in or a walk in, navigate to the day on the calendar that you would like to book.
Click on the simulator and the time frame that you would like to book for this customer. This selects the simulator, the date, and the time.
Next choose the customer you are booking.
Once you click on the customer name, it makes that selection and takes you to the next step.
Pick a payment type. Pay at location might be selected for a call in.
Click next.
Choose Sim Rental Service.
Click Next, then click on the simulator you would like to book.
Before booking, double check your information to make sure you have the right date and the right time.
When you are happy with your details, click the book it button to finish the process.
The customer can get a confirmation email on booking the appointment if they have a valid email address on their profile. They can also get a reminder email prior to the appointment.
