How to Set Up an Annual Membership with Four Hours per Month

To set up an annual membership that includes 4 free sim hours per month and control that quantity since this is an annual membership and there is no monthly recurring billing, you will need to do two things:

Create the membership and create a service to go with that membership.

In your settings menu, on the memberships tab, click the add new button.

Give this membership a label, annual membership.

Enter the price for this annual membership.

Change the membership type to annual membership.

Since this is an annual membership, you don't need to link a series to control that quantity. Use the service max appointment restriction to do that.

Click the save button.

Now you have the annual membership.

Next, create a service with the controller that is needed.

On the left-hand side click on services, then create a new service to go with the new membership.

Call this annual membership sim rental.

Since this service is going to be members only and it is included at no cost, leave the service price at zero.

Leave the length at 60 minutes.

Members will be given one hour time increments.

At the bottom of the page there is an option to control booking limits.

If changed to yes, it allows to set a max appointment limitation.

That will change to restricted to number of appointments per day. Set it to four.

Since this will not be per day, change that to per month.

Be sure to check all of your options as you are setting these things up.

Now there is a max restriction of four appointments per month, and each appointment can only be one hour long based on our fixed duration of 60 minutes.

Be sure to save at the bottom of the page.

Next you need to add availability. Any time you create a new service, you must tell the software when that service is available.

To complete the setup on the membership, go back to the memberships page.

Edit the annual membership.

Navigate to the services tab where you can see the new service that has been created, the annual membership sim rental.

To make the assignment, check the box that says, "I understand that adding these services will restrict access to members only," and this is how you can control who is allowed to book the service. Make that assignment here.

The membership is now ready to go once you add the available time frame for the service.
