How to Use Notification Suppression in the Show Options Menu of the Schedule
These suppression options only apply to your session. This will not affect notifications for customers who book their own appointments or other employees who book, cancel, or reschedule appointments.
In the Show Options menu of your Schedule, look for Notification Suppression.
In the dropdown menu for Notification Suppression, you have the following:
- No Suppression - Notifications will be sent to customers and employees when appointments are booked, cancelled, or rescheduled.
- Employee Suppression Only - Notifications will not be sent to employees when appointments are booked, cancelled, or rescheduled. Notifications will be sent to customers when appointments are booked, cancelled, or rescheduled.
- Customer Suppression Only - Notifications will not be sent to customers when appointments are booked, cancelled, or rescheduled. Notifications will be sent to employees when appointments are booked, cancelled, or rescheduled.
- Employee and Customer Suppression - Notifications will not be sent to employees or customers when appointments are booked, cancelled, or rescheduled.
