How to Convert a Single Day Event into a Multi-Day Event
If you have created a five day summer camp that starts on Monday and runs through Friday but only shows up on Monday, you will need to adjust your date pattern.
Go to your navigation menu and click on event management to edit your five day summer camp.
First check the date pattern; a five day summer camp should have a multi-date pattern.
You will need to convert the date pattern from a single day date pattern to a multi-date pattern.
You will need to add Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and then double check your times and make sure that they are consistent.
Your first day of the pattern needs to be the first day of the summer camp.
If the camp runs for one week, leave the number of weeks set to 1.
Save your changes.
That takes you back to the occurrences tab.
Before you edit this occurrence, you will see the date pattern has saved with the changes that were made. This only affects new dates that you might create.
Go back to your occurrences tab to make sure that your occurrence is corrected as well.
Click the manage button and you will see it is still currently set to a single day camp, so that date pattern correction doesn't affect existing occurrences.
Click on the occurrences tab and add the additional dates that are missing.
Double check your timeframes and create and repeat that for each day that you need to add to your schedule.
Now you have corrected this single occurrence to represent your multi day summer camp.
Go back to your calendar view to see that your summer camp now appears on all five days on your calendar.
