Event Single Date Correction
If you have created a clinic and when you go to the first day of the clinic it looks good but all the days after that have duplications, this typically happens because of the way you have set up your date pattern.
To fix this, navigate to event management and edit the clinic in question.
Look at the date pattern first.
If the date pattern is such that you have an occurrence where a customer books one time and they are going to attend for five days in a row, this date pattern is incorrect.
For a single date clinic, the customer will book one date and attend only on that date.
To fix this, uncheck all but one of the days in the date pattern.
When you save this, it will turn this clinic into a single day clinic.
Making that change only applies to new dates that you create from this point forward.
You will still need to address your occurrences.
Edit the first occurrence date by clicking the manage button.
You can see that the date pattern shows that someone is going to book into this clinic one time and they will attend five days in a row.
To fix this one occurrence, go to the edit this occurrence button, and you have an occurrence dates tab.
Delete all of the additional dates that you do not need.
When you save this, it will update that pattern and turn this into a single date clinic.
You will need to do this for each occurrence that you have already created. Go back to the occurrence list and repeat that process for each of these dates that you still have on the calendar. That will make the correction for each one.
As you do this, your calendar view is going to start to look correct for the clinic.
