How to Set Up Non-Bookable Employee
To set up the profile for a non-bookable employee, go to your settings menu and click on employees on the left hand side.
On your employees page you have an Add New button. You can create as many new non-bookable employees as you need.
When you click the add new button you will need to provide some information about the employee.
The main components will be the name of the employee, first and last name.
If they are not an instructor, they will be non-bookable.
You may want to add reception access for front counter staff. That gives them basic access to book appointments, manage appointments on a calendar view, and create new customer profiles.
Leave admin setting set to no.
You will also need to include an email address for this employee.
Then scroll down to the bottom to click the save button.
Once you click the save button, that is going to give you access to the login tab.
Create a username and a password for this employee so that they can log in and book appointments and create profiles.
Once you have added a username and a password, you will have a save button to save those changes.
Once you have done that, you are finished setting up your non-bookable employee.
