Employee Override Settings
Your account has default settings for Online Schedule Start and Cancel Online parameters. These default settings apply unless you use an override option. This is useful when an employee prefers settings that are different from the default. The employee's individual settings will not affect any other employee.
Navigate to My Profile to find the settings in the screenshot. They are at the bottom of the Details tab of your profile.
Online Schedule Start--If set to 8, no appointments can be made online unless it is at least 8 hours from now.
Cancel Online--If set to 4, appointment cancellations less than 4 hours out must be phoned in.
