How to Set Up a Family Membership
To sell a Family Membership you will need to create a membership that includes a series totaling the number of hours you would like everyone to have access to. Once the membership has been purchased, you can grant access to family members by navigating to the primary customer’s profile and clicking the Memberships tab. From there, click Add Access and search for the family members your customer would like to share the membership with.
After granting membership access, click the Series tab and repeat the same steps so family members can also access the series hours.
Please note that family members who need access to the membership must have their own login to USchedule.
