Adjusting Resource Capacity to Match Service Group Size

To ensure your services are bookable, the capacity of a resource must meet or exceed the group size of any service assigned to it.

To adjust a resource capacity, navigate to the Resources tab:

Click Edit next to the resource:

Click on the Units tab, then click on edit next to the resource you are adjusting:

Update the capacity to match the largest group size of your services and click Save:
