What is a Pending Appointment?
A pending appointment is one that is not yet complete. It is commonly pending payment. The pending appointment reserves the time slot in the pending status, giving the customer time to complete the payment process. Once completed, the appointment will change to the Active status.
If a pending appointment is not completed, it will disappear from the calendar. The default setting is 30 minutes. You can change the Cart Timeout setting on the Account Options tab.
