My Customer Needs to Call to Book

If your customer says they need to call to book, they may have seen the message in the screenshot below. This message means that booking for that customer has been disabled. To verify this, you can check the settings in the customer profile. See next screenshot for more information.

In the customer profile, click on the Options tab to find the Disable Booking checkbox. 

Disable Booking can be applied in two ways:

  1. Check the box manually. It can also be unchecked manually at any time--see first screenshot below. Unchecking the box will allow the customer to book again. 
  2. If you take attendance for appointments and your customer is marked as a "no show" for the second time, you will be asked if you would like to disable booking--see second screenshot.
