Customer Not Getting Emails
If your customers are not receiving notifications or marketing emails, check to make sure their profiles include a valid email address. If an email address is present, make sure that it has been validated. If you see that Validate button shown in the screenshot below, the email address has not been validated and will not receive emails.

The verification process requires your student to click a validation link in the email that was sent via the validation process. Read the message in the screenshot below.
Below is a copy of the email sent to the customer.
Once the customer has clicked the Verify Email button, the following message will be displayed:
In the customer profile, you will see a blue box with a white check mark indicating that the customer's email address has been validated.
