Adding a Location

How do I Add a Location?

Start by going to the Facilities tab of your account settings, then click Add New.

NOTE: The Facilities tab might also be labeled Locations

  1. Facility/Location Name
  2. Is this facility Bookable? NOTE: If a facility is not bookable you will not be able to book anything on your scheduler at this facility.
  3. Address of the facility
  4. What City is the facility in?
  5. The State the facility is in
  6. Zip Code of your facility
  7. Country of the facility
  8. Google Map URL (Optional) NOTE: In order to enable directions to your facility, in your email templates, you must have a Map URL set for your facility.
  9.  Phone Number for your facility 
  10. Administrator, Technical, and Billing Users (Optional) NOTE: Adding an employee to any one of these fields may permit them to receive certain notifications, based on other settings in your account.
  11. What is the required Tax Rate for the jurisdiction that your facility resides in? (Optional)
  12. What is the Time Zone of your facility?
  13. What is the Time Zone ID? NOTE: Your Time Zone ID and your Time Zone will usually be the same.
  14. What is your facility's Online Schedule Start? NOTE: Online Schedule Start will determine the minimum amount of time in advance, measured in hours, that a customer needs to book an appointment.
  15. What is your facility's Online Schedule Max? NOTE: Online Schedule Max will determine the maximum amount of time in advance, measured in days, that a customer can book an appointment.   
  16. How many hours ahead of an appointment can a customer Cancel Online?
  17. What is the maximum amount of customers you would like to be booked at your facility at any one time? NOTE: Most indoor facilities will have Max Concurrent Customers set to 0. This will enable unlimited customer booking at any given time within your facility, as long as your availability allows for it
  18. What is your facility's Cancellation Policy? (Optional)
  19. What is your facility's Booking Policy? (Optional)

When you are satisfied with these settings, click Save and you will have created a new facility in your account.
