Connecting Square to USchedule

If you would like to use Square and connect your Square account to your USchedule account, you will first need to contact USchedule to have your USchedule account set to Square, and then follow the steps below to finish the process:

1. Navigate to your Settings menu.
2. Select Billing from the menu on the left.
3. Scroll down to the Credit Card Options box in the lower right-hand side of your screen.
4. Click the Generate button under Credit Card Options, which will direct you to Square’s website. Follow the instructions on the page you are directed to (you may need to login to your Square account when directed to that page). Please note there is a 25 cent USchedule transaction fee in addition to Square’s fees.
5. Once the connection is made, you should see a green valid icon appear.
