Scheduling Clinics with the Drag n' Drop Calendar

1. From the home screen, click the menu icon and click ‘Schedule Clinics’ or ‘Events’. 
2. Use the search bar to find the clinic you want to schedule. 
3. Drag it from the left-hand menu to the desired day on the calendar, then drag an instructor also from the left-hand menu and add it to the clinic. 
4. If needed you can also add a resource, as well as adding the clinic to multiple days on the calendar. 
5. Select the start time to modify the time if needed. 
6. When finished, click ‘Create Clinics’ and double check the dates and times of the clinics to see if they are correct, then click ok. 

Tip: To copy your clinic to multiple days a month, select the clinic you need to duplicate, select the ‘Copy Clinics’ button, select your dates on the calendar, when finished click the ‘Paste Clinics’ button.
