Marking a Customer's Attendance

  1. From the home screen, click on the 'Schedule' button.
  2. Navigate to the relevant appointment and select it.
  3. Click the 'Edit Appointment' dropdown and choose 'Show' or 'No Show' as applicable.
  4. A 'Show' will display a checkbox on the top right of the appointment block, while a 'No Show' will show an X.
  5. For repeated no-shows, you have the option to disable future bookings for the customer, which can be reversed from the student's profile under the 'Options' tab.
  6. Always remember to save your changes.
