Changing the Online Schedule Start

  1. Go to Settings from the homepage dropdown menu.
  2. Click on the Employees or Instructors list and select the employee/instructor you want to edit.
  3. Scroll to the Online Schedule Start and Cancel Online drop-down menus.
  4. Do not override if your Facilities settings are sufficient.
  5. Using the Override for Online Schedule Start will override your Facility default setting.
  6. Using the Override for Cancel Online will override your Facility default setting.
  7. These settings apply only to the selected employee profile.
  8. Click Save to update your changes.
