What is the Online Schedule Start Setting?

The Online Schedule Start will determine the minimum amount of time in advance, measured in hours, that a customer needs to book an appointment. For example, if this is set to 24 a customer will not be able to book a timeslot within 24 hours of the current time.

The Online Schedule Start can be adjusted in a few places in your USchedule account.

1. Facility Settings: This is the first place your Online Schedule Start should be set. This will apply to all services and instructors, unless it is overridden in one of the places below. Find this option by clicking the top-right menu and going to Settings, then Facilities (or Locations) in the left sidebar.

   

2. Instructor Settings: If an instructor would like to override the facility's Online Schedule Start, they can set their own option in their instructor profile. Click the top-right menu icon and go to My Profile then change the "Online Schedule Start" dropdown to Override Defaults and click Save.

   

3. Service Settings: If a specific service needs a different Online Schedule Start, you can override the facility default by clicking the top-right menu icon and going to Settings, then Services (or Lessons) in the left sidebar. Click edit to the left of the service and change the "Online Schedule Start" dropdown to Override Defaults.
