Creating a Series or Pre-Paid Service
Click the menu icon in the top-right corner and go to Settings.
Go to Series or Pre-Paid Services in the left sidebar, then click the Add New button.
Add the name of your series and (optionally) a description. If you enter an Admin Email, this email address will receive a notification when a customer's series is low on units.
Enter the Price of the series and set the Total Units. Optionally, you can change the Unit Name to a more specific verbiage, such as "lesson," "hour," "credit," etc.
Setting Notify on Low Units to Yes will send your customer a notification when their series is running low on units.
If your series has an expiration date, you can use the Expiration Type to set your expiration using either a number of days or a specific calendar date. If this series doesn't expire, leave the expiration at 0.
If this series is not offered by all instructors in your account, you can Use Employee Filtering to specify which instructors this series can be booked with. See more details on setting up employee filtering here.
If your scheduler has online payments enabled, you'll have an Available for Purchase option. Setting this to Yes will allow customers to purchase this series through your scheduler and receive the units immediately.
Once you've configured your settings, click the Save button.
Once you've created the series, you'll need to assign a service to it. This is the lesson, event, product, etc. that your customer will be able to use their units toward after purchasing the series. You'll see various tab options at the top of your series settings. Select the applicable tab. For this example, we'll be going to the Lessons tab. This may have a different name in your account.
Under the applicable tab, you'll see a dropdown menu with a list of the available services in your account. Select the service that you'll be assigning to this series. The Unit Cost indicates how many units will be deducted from the series each time the selected service is booked. Click the Add button to assign the service to your series.
You can repeat this process if you'll be assigning more than one service to the series. Otherwise, your series is ready for use!
