Contact USchedule support to have us provide you with a file that has the unique gift card numbers. Provide the quantity you wish to purchase: The cost is $50 per up to 1000 gift cards for USchedule to create the CSV, and $25 per each additional 1000 gift cards thereafter. Click on the support link when you are logged into your account to send us a message about ordering gift cards. Do not order the gift cards through Plastic Printers before you get the CSV file from USchedule.
Gift cards are purchased directly from Plastic Printers at www.plasticprinters.com and they will provide card pricing, quantities, and time frame, all based on your preference. Inform Plastic Printers that you are working with USchedule — Plastic Printers is familiar with the process.
IMPORTANT: Request a CSV file from USchedule support prior to placing the gift card order with Plastic Printers. The CSV file must be provided to Plastic Printers in order for the cards to work. If you don't provide this CSV file you get from USchedule, you will have to pay, and reorder the cards with this CSV file.
Plastic Printers may ask if the mag strip should be Hico track 1 and 2. The answer to this question is "Yes."
Your account must be set up to take online payments. This will automatically set up the product in your store front. If you do not have payment processing set up on your account, please contact support and we can assist you.
Once you have received your plastic gift cards, contact USchedule support to add the plastic gift card functionality to your software.
