Changing a Customer/Student Password

If you can't remember your password, you can use the password reset option found on the login page. This option is available for employees and customers. 

Enter your username OR email address, click the checkbox indicating that you are not a robot, then click the Request Password button.

If the username or email address entered is found in the account, you will receive a password reset email with instructions.
