Controlling Customer Cancellations

Cancel Online shown in the screenshot below is found in the Locations feature in your settings menu.

You can control the deadline for customer cancellations. In the example below, the Cancel Online parameter is set to 24 Hours. This allows your customers to cancel a service (lesson) at 24 hours or more, before the appointment start time. If there are fewer than 24 hours before the appointment, they cannot cancel. 

This controller does not affect employees. Customers can still call in and an employee can cancel for them.
