Customer Doesn't Receive Marketing Email
If a customer is not receiving marketing emails, first check to see if they have a valid email address in their customer profile.
Customers can opt out of email marketing. You'll find this in the customer profile on the Options tab, shown below.
Opting out of email marketing does not affect notifications for appointments.
NOTE: Opting out is different from marking an email as Spam. If a customer is not opted out and not receiving marketing or notifications emails, they should check their spam folders.
