Customer Doesn't Receive Marketing Email

If a customer is not receiving marketing emails, first check to see if they have a valid email address in their customer profile. 

Customers can opt out of email marketing. You'll find this in the customer profile on the Options tab--see below. 

Opting out of email marketing does not affect notifications for appointments. 

NOTE: Opting out is different from marking an email as Spam. If a customer is not opted out and not receiving marketing or notifications emails, they should check their spam folders.
